CT-155 Hawk

Since the summer of 2000, apprentice pilots have been flying for their second training phase on the CT-155 Hawk. As it was the case for the CT-156 Harvard, the Hawk was chosen by NATO for flight training. These are perfected by the instructors and are of high quality. Thanks to its Adour Mk.871 jet engines from Rolls-Royce, the CT-155 can reach supersonic speeds. After completing 125 hours of training flight on this aircraft, the young pilots move to the third phase on CF-18 Hornets at 410 Squadron in Cold Lake, Alberta.
